         Along with all the busy schedules of Govt. Service ,family management ,Service Union Work (Social Service)Counseling to our GDS fraternity and attending a number of meetings, our General Secretary ,Friend Debasis Dey has successfully come out Completed and added with his Post graduation degree a new qualification i.e.LLB degree from Fakir Mohan University Odisha  2018 batch .

       We congratulate !our Friend Debasis Dey for such a great achievement to lead our GDS union ALL INDIA ADVANCED RURAL POSTAL EMPLOYEES UNION to a paramount level and to fight for the cause of GDSs in future,with his wit and power. 

   I, as All India President of ALL INDIA ADVANCED RURAL POSTAL EMPLOYEES UNION Congratulate for his all the success,on behalf of 3 lakh GDSs of Bharat Barsh and request our Rural Postal employees to join under leadership of such a great leader as pivot to pave your way to success .

      Positive Recommendation ? See the Gratuity amount !All cheats to GDSs,especially, who have joined before 2004 .Where is five Lakh? Where is refined Service Condition ?Is not this engagement Rule 2011?Where is the social security to them who joined before 2004?

If the sum total maximum effort of all the unions on doing 16 days strike can not give you social security,(even 5 lakh of gratuity is ridiculous)then which intensity of struggle with Union can give you Departmentalization?Who would save you from absurdity? Just think and decide whether the lacuna with the Leaders are there or not ?If you think ,yes ,then join hand with ARPEU to start a new era of struggle .I assure you friends to give you the hidden key to get the success .

GDS has to run long with GDS engagement Rule 2011,So try to keep unity at grass root level (divisional level) don't be excited for central level much .

Dear CPMG,

          Happily the fortnight-long Strike of Gramin Dak (GDS) has come to an end. Now before us is the urgency to restore normalcy of operations. Standing instructions in this regard are available with you. You may consult them and apply as the situation demands to clear the accumulated mails including COD, Speed Posts, etc. The next important task that comes to my mind is the resumption of roll out of our DARPAN project. This is one such project which can make a of difference in the way we are serving the public. We must put in extra effects to roll them them out by compensating the delay that had come the last fortnight.

The other important aspect that comes to my mind is the of reverue. Cessation of rural postal business for a fortnight should have an impact on revenue, but if we work with right earnest from today, we will be able to make up for the loss. The instructions on “no-work-no-pay” are already there and hence need not reiterate it. However, while applying the standing instructions, it should be in our priority that we do not do it with a of reprisal. If the Staff Side a meeting in this connection, that may granted, but the instructions on the Subject cannot be tweaked.

2. During the last fortnight, the number of complaints in all channels has gone up — whether it is Twitter Sewa or India Post Helpline or CCC or CPGRAMS. It will help if you immediately take a stock of all those and settle them sincerely. By this the Department as a whole can prove its resilience.
